Reclaim Resources came to AMTec with the idea of producing a waste processing system to process large volumes of waste to produce a biomass fuel while reducing the volume of the waste in the process.

AMTec have worked with Reclaim Resources to help manufacture the prototype Vantage Waste Processing system. AMTec's manufacturing facilities and project management capabilities ensured the overall production was kept witihn the designated timescales, in time for presentations to potential investors.

We continue to work with Reclaim Resources to complete the final design with the intentions of manufacturing more units in the future.

Extechnology Ltd
Since the original drawing came to AMTec for the production of a prototype unit, AMTec has incorporated ways of producing batches of Odour control Units for Extechnology.

AMTec has helped to redesign the unit and incorporated a Wiring area to make the units more cost-effective by keeping all the prduction in-house.

Using our knowledge of kitchen extract and ventilation systems, we have now started to provide an installation and maintenance service and have completed installations in London,Cornwall and now Ireland.

We continue to work with Extechnology to develop more ways of improving the effectiveness of the EXE units while keeping the costs to a minimum.
