Our paint plant has been designed for maximum efficiency. It features an environmentally friendly degreasing treatment, a continuous feed conveyor with two paint guns giving fast colour change facility.

Our in-line powdercoating booth is of walk-in design giving the ability to coat complex or intricate items whilst maintaining high productivity.

Combined with our large oven, we can powdercoat items up to 1600m high x 950mm wide x 3000 long

We can offer a quick turnaround and an efficient service for one-off jobs or batch production runs

We hold a large stock with a range of powder coatings. With our range of suppliers for powder, we are able to get powder to match any colour sample provided as well as provide you with colour matched spray paints, should you require.

We carefully wrap and package your items to prevent any paint chips or damage in transit upon its return to you.

We offer sub-contract powdercaoting finishing as a standalone service in addition to our sheet metal fabrication capacity.
